Light Up Winter Cromwell is pleased to welcome back Shannon Farm as Gold Sponsor for 2026, marking a special milestone year as the event celebrates its 10th anniversary.
A fully master-planned lifestyle community, Shannon Farm has proven extremely popular, with the first stage fully sold-out and only three sections remaining in the last release. One of the elements that makes the community so distinct is not only the size of each section, offering extraordinary value per square metre, but also the space to enjoy a laid-back, semi-rural lifestyle without having to compromise on all of life’s conveniences.
The attention to detail for which the developers, Infinity Investment Group, are renowned is also evident in the latest stages of the development. Visitors are welcomed through a feature entranceway, alongside a dramatic lake. Wide, sweeping roads, lined with distinctive post-and-rail fencing, underscore the high-quality standards this latest addition to the Cromwell region will showcase.

As the first residential buildings get underway, focus has now shifted to the development of the next stage, including a range of community amenities within Shannon Farm. This includes the establishment of the Village Green park, which will be a focal point for the next residential release. The park will include a feature pump track, sheltered pergola with picnic tables and extensive landscaping. Once Village Green is completed the dedicated community mountain bike track will begin construction. The foot of the track runs to the edge of the Village Green park. Next release is selling soon and demand is high so register early to secure your spot.
Infinity Investment Group has more than 20 years’ experience delivering landmark communities across the Central Lakes region, including Peninsula Bay and Far Horizon Park in Wanaka, with a consistent emphasis on building places that support strong community outcomes as they grow.
Infinity Investment Group CEO Paul Croft says Light Up Winter captures the spirit of Cromwell. “It brings people together and showcases the warmth and connection that make this community so welcoming to both locals and visitors.”
One of a number of community events, local sports teams and other activities the organisation supports, Shannon Farm is proud to once again support Light Up Winter in this milestone year, reflecting a continued commitment to Cromwell and to long-term, community-focused development in the region.
