Experience the magical mass lantern release at this year's Aotea Electric Daikin NZ Light Up Winter on Saturday 3rd August. Join in the festivities from 4pm at the Anderson Park Rose Garden with lantern release at 7.30pm. No cash sales on the day. Online purchase of lanterns only while stocks last.

Terms and Conditions
- Purchase of lanterns is strictly non-refundable.
- Pick up of lanterns only on the day of the event at 7.10 pm.
- If the wind speed exceeds 15kph on the night, the lantern release component of the event will be postponed with a backup release event taking place on Sunday 4th August at 7.30 pm. A call will be made prior to the lantern collection. Please note that this is a compliance requirement to ensure a safe and hazard-free event.
- If rainfall occurs, the lantern release component of the event will be postponed to Sunday 4th August at 7.30 pm.
- Should adverse weather conditions continue into Sunday 4th August; we unfortunately will not be releasing the lanterns in 2024, noting that no refunds will be issued. No purchased lanterns will be distributed.
- Please watch the 'How To Safely Light My Lantern' video here - and tick that you have done so accordingly. This is a compliance requirement.
